Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and the operator of Supinami("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Supinami website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you access the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Supinami displays anime television and streaming schedules aggregated from third-party data sources (such as catalogue databases and broadcast calendars). Features may include My List, discovery views, trailers loaded from embedded players, streaming links where available, and optional email reminders shortly before tracked programmes air (approximately within a thirty-minute lookahead window configured on our servers).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee availability, uptime, or uninterrupted operation.

Supinami is an independent fan-facing schedule viewer and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Annict, AniList, Syoboi, broadcasters, streaming platforms whose logos or links may appear, Google (Analytics, Fonts, YouTube), CookieYes, Resend, Vercel, or other third-party providers whose APIs or widgets we call for catalogue information or playback.

Schedule times, episode numbering, titles, artwork, streaming availability, platform URLs, and regional blackout behavior come from third-party sources and public data. They may be incorrect, delayed, or change without notice. You are responsible for confirming times with official broadcasters and services. We are not liable for missed viewings or errors in any source data.

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (for many U.S. users, 13 or older) to use the Service. If you are not of legal age to agree to these Terms where you live, do not use Supinami.

Supinami does not provide traditional password accounts. Optional email alerts require your email address and confirmation where double opt-in is implemented. You agree that alerts may vary by timing or availability based on servers, cron schedules, third-party APIs, or rate limits.

You must supply only contact addresses you control. Use unsubscribe links or disable flows if you no longer wish to receive reminder emails.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or circumvent technical limits (including cron endpoints secured by secrets, APIs intended only for browser origin usage patterns we intend).
• Use the Service to distribute malware, harass others, or abuse notification signup.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Supinami or third-party licensors.
• Use automated means to extract bulk catalogue data contrary to upstream platform rules.

Supinami branding, layout, source code we author, and compilation of presented metadata are protected by intellectual property laws except where owned by licensors. Anime titles, posters, logos of studios or streaming platforms, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of third-party materials displayed or linked from the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCHEDULES ARE CORRECT, COMPLETE, OR AVAILABLE FOR YOUR REGION OR PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the operator of Supinami AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY EVENT, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT (OR, IF NO EVENT, THE DATE OF YOUR FIRST CLAIM) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD (WHICH MAY BE ZERO BECAUSE THE PUBLIC SERVICE IS OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Supinami and its affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, operational reasons, legal compliance, or discontinuance of the product. You may stop using the Service at any time and disable notifications through provided controls or unsubscribe links.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require applying another jurisdiction's laws. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your locale, you agree that courts in the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Some jurisdictions give you rights that cannot be waived by contract — nothing in these Terms limits those non-waivable rights.

You must comply with export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Service in embargoed regions or by prohibited parties where prohibited by law.

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
